BetterWallet Coaching Agreement

1. Scope of Services

Coach agrees to provide financial coaching services, guidance, and educational support to the Client. These services may include, but are not limited to: budgeting guidance, investing education, business development, marketing, branding, growth strategy, and productivity guidance, financial planning strategies, and related coaching sessions.

Important: All guidance provided is for educational purposes only. Coach does not provide professional financial, legal, tax, or investment advice, and nothing in this agreement creates a fiduciary relationship.

2. Nature of Coaching Relationship

Client understands and agrees that:

Coaching is educational and guidance-based, not professional financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Business coaching guidance does not constitute legal, HR, or compliance advice.

Client remains fully responsible for their own decisions, results, and actions.

No fiduciary relationship exists between Coach and Client.

3. No Refund Policy

Client acknowledges that coaching time, intellectual property, and educational content provided are non-reversible. Therefore:

All payments are non-refundable.

By enrolling, Client agrees to this no-refund policy.

4. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to:

Attend scheduled coaching sessions on time.

Complete any homework, worksheets, or templates provided as part of the coaching.

Actively engage in the coaching process to maximize value.

5. Disclaimers

The Content shared during coaching or via associated websites, emails, or social media is for informational purposes only.

Coach does not guarantee specific financial, business, or personal outcomes.

Client acknowledges that past success does not predict future results.

6. Termination

Coach may terminate services at any time for breach of agreement or inappropriate behavior. Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.

 

By signing this agreement, Client confirms that they:

  • Understand the coaching relationship and limitations.

  • Have read, understood, and agreed to all disclaimers and the no-refund policy.
