VIP WEEK AGREEMENT

This Agreement is entered into between Team BetterWallet and the signed client for the purpose of providing virtual assistant services under a “VIP Week” model. By signing this Agreement, Client agrees to the terms outlined below.

1. Services Provided

The Service Provider agrees to devote up to 8 hours during the chosen week to complete pre-determined and prioritized tasks, as outlined in the pre-VIP Week planning process. Tasks will be executed by the Service Provider during that specific week, at their discretion, with the goal of efficiently completing the designated projects.

Services include:

A 60 minute strategy call prior to the scheduled VIP Week to outline goals, confirm deliverables, and finalize priorities.

Voxer access throughout the VIP Week (Monday–Friday).

30 Days of post-VIP Week support via email and Voxer for questions and troubleshooting regarding work completed during the intensive.

Work will take place remotely and during standard business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET). The Service Provider will work at their own office or remote location unless otherwise agreed upon.

2. Scope of Support

The 30 Day post-support period includes:

Troubleshooting and answering questions related to the work delivered during VIP Week.

30 minutes of minor revisions or fixes, as needed.

This does not include any new tasks, design work, or development not completed during the designated 8-hour window. If additional services are required, the Client may book an additional VIP Week.

 

3. Payment & Fees

The full payment for the VIP Week is due at the time of booking. The Client understands they are purchasing a block of time, not a guaranteed set of deliverables.

Any additional virtual assistant services, coaching, or technical setup beyond the original scope will be billed separately at the current daily or hourly rate.

Note: Any required third-party tools (e.g., Canva Pro, email marketing platforms, scheduling tools, domain hosting, or paid integrations) are not included and will be the Client’s responsibility. If any such purchases are necessary, the Service Provider will notify the Client before proceeding.

4. Ownership & Rights

All original work completed for the Client during VIP Week including digital assets, design files, written content, and systems built will be owned by the Client. The Client may use, edit, or publish this material as they see fit.

Client grants permission to the Service Provider to share portions of work (with sensitive content removed) for marketing, education, and portfolio purposes. This may include screenshots, final designs, behind-the-scenes process breakdowns, or testimonials.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

This purchase is non-refundable, but may be transferred to another week or service with at least 7 days’ written notice.

Deposits are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. If the Client fails to book a VIP Week within that time, or does not reschedule with 7 days’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited.

If the Client wishes to rebook beyond the 90-day window, the original deposit may, at the discretion of the Service Provider, be applied to a new booking at the current rate, which may differ from the original price.

 

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Client understands that while Service Provider will make every reasonable effort to complete tasks within the designated time frame, outcomes and timelines may vary based on task complexity, the responsiveness of the Client, and unforeseen technical issues. The Service Provider makes no guarantees regarding revenue, client growth, or business performance outcomes.
